What we store

Your name, email, affiliation, country and, if you add it, your ORCID iD and research keywords. For each conference: your submissions, reviews, registration and billing details, check-in time, award votes and certificates.

Why

To run the conference: peer review, registration, invoices, the programme, certificates and badges. Conference organisers see the data they need for their own conference only.

Visa letters

Passport details are only collected when you ask for a visa invitation letter, and organisers can delete them after the conference.

Your rights

You can download your data and delete your account from your profile. Invoices are kept for as long as tax law requires, without your other personal details.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in and one remembers your language. There is no tracking and no advertising.
